For others looking to take advantage of your solution, it appears that the problem with my code - at least one of the problems was using:

WITH oExcel.ActiveSheet

instead of:

WITH oExcel

Without that "fix" it still didn't work.

I appreciate all the "extras" that you provided. I am using the examples shown in "Microsoft Office Automation with Visual FoxPro" which is my "bible" for automation. It shows how place the title in a new worksheet but I could not find examples how to "insert a row" in an exported worksheet.

And the "macro" didn't work because of that fix above.
