>Thanks for the response. I figured this out shortly after I posted my message. Reaching deep in to my many years of experience as a Fox developer, I came up with the solution <g>. I USEd the project and copied it to another table. Opened that table as a project and no problems. So I renamed the bad project, renamed the copy of the project and problem solved. I noticed the PJT was about 40k larger on the copy of the original file so I ran the table through FoxFix and it had all kinds of errors with the PJT file. So chalk this one up to memo file corruption. It's interesting that VFP7 didn't care but VFP8 did.
