Hi Steve,

Before create this index (used BINTOC()) you mus set COLLATE to MACHINE.
And before SEEK(), SELECT SQL, etc. you must set COLLATE to MACHINE too, and after set original COLLATE.

If the indexes are created on the users computer they do not find anything when you seek. If the indexes are created on other machines the the index works.
