We swapped out our RI code a while back, when Steve was still here. You can grab a copy of his (much simplified) RI code from his site:

(which appears to be down right now)

It was covered in the "Effective Techniques for Application Development with Visual FoxPro 6.0" from Hentzenwerke. I've got a copy that I've modified slightly to fix a few small bugs, and add a few extra things (let me know if you want it). I'll drop Steve an e-mail about his website and ask him if it's OK to give it out still.
