actually when we do the "update project list", it doesn't do anything at all, kind of strange, maybe it's up to date but we can't see the files that the other has added.

We are implementing the shadow folder. Maybe you could give us a few pointers about how this should work. Basically we created a shadow folder let's say on "f:\shadowapp" that now contains the project files. So I go into foxpro and create a regular project in that directory not tied in to Source Safe and just add all the files? and whenever any developer adds new files we must include those files on this project? and at the end we compile from this project.
