The site for file extensions,
www.filext.com, gives either no information, or information that doesn't seem to be relevant. This suggests, at least, that these extensions don't belong to any widely-used format.
I suggest you take a look at the files - perhaps you can discern a pattern (fixed-width records, comma-delimited, etc.).
