Depends on how you're running the app. I for example, rarely run the EXE. If you run the PRG directly a project recompile will not update the local FXP files. So you either need to delete all the FXPs as barbara suggests or COMPILE all the programs and classes explicitly.

If you're recompiling the project also make sure you check the recompile all flag or RECOMPILE if you use the command line.
