I also encountered this problem before, and sometimes I still do, I encountered the problem when I was accessing two different projects at the same time, I think was trying to copy an old code which I made from the other project then after building the "exe" file the message appeared.

It was a totally humiliating experience 'coz the error message appeared during the product demo.
