>Yes, I tihnk you are right...it has to do with building an executable when multiple projects are open, and probably having some classes in memoty as well. Maybe just more vigilant use of CLEAR ALL and RELEASE ALL before doing builds can make this go away? I will give it a try!

I do believe that would cure it, but all you have to do is forget to do the CLEAR ALL just once and you've now got the potential to have the wrong path in your form or project.
