Hello,

I am providing the solution I implemented to deal with this problem.

I created logical fields to coorespond with the text fields; i.e., if I have textfield1, I created logicalfield1. Next, when I saved the data entry form that had the text field on it, I filled the logical field with either a true or false, depending on whether the text field had data entered. Next, I went to crystal, updated the report database, then put a suppress formula to either display or not display the text field and title, depending on whether the logical field was true or false.

Hope this helps someone else.
