Clipper 5.x came with about 12 manuals covering everything from language syntax to the development environment, which Computer Associates called the "WorkBench".
I suspect the only place to get them would be from a Clipper 5.x licensee who no longer needs them.
If you have the clipper development disks, you should also have the manuals. Maybe the guy who wrote it originally is still around?
You may be able to translate the code to Fox faster than you can figure out how to modify it in Clipper
