Hello Craig,
Congratulation for your book.

For my problem, I am tired because I do not arrive any more
to reproduce this behavior . Sorry ....:)
All is ok for the moment.

On the other hand I have a new problem.
I open a report.
I Put One the Refresh Button.
I quit and here it tells me "This report hase been modified".
I haven't nothing modified !
