Actually, I forget about it too (in my first post to Chad). In the IDE, for some reason you can make an object directly from the .exe, using the syntax I first posted.

Chad, here is the correct syntax:

oTestObject = newobject("class1","classlib1.vcx","masterApp.exe")    && provide path to .exe
