I can't remember what the pricing was, I wasn't the person who handled that part. I do know you can call them and get a better response than through e-mail. We found a couple of bugs in their older firmware for the larger version of the hardware we used as a device server. They are pretty responsive in fixing them but upgrading the firmware isn't always a fun thing to do.
