I used to get Error 462 while attempting to report Error 462... sorry I don't have a good answer, but normally, when "One of these sites has suddenly started experiencing "Unable to Process Error"", it was usually due to something that was changed in the configuration. Asking questions about upgrades, changes in servers, service packs, routers, hubs, etc - will sometimes flush these out.
