In addtion to what Yuri Rubinov already told you....
the .prg is probably newer than the compiled .fxp. Soemtimes if you compile the prg it wont create a new fxp if the fxp is newer than the prg. I've had this problem before when working with others in different time zone. An easy way to avoid this problem is just to delete the .fxp's and recompile...
