I suggest you run the CONSOLE configuration Wizard and let it do the COM configuration from there... This should take care of the most important stuff.

Make sure you set the DCOM setting on teh specific server AND add the appropriate accounts (IUSR_, SYSTEM and Administrators mainly) to the default permissions - this is required (don't ask why - it seems to defeat the purpose of custom configuration, but that's how ti works).
