There is some delay in the time the bug is submitted to MS and the time it is added to the Knowledge Base. That time does make a difference to developers. If someone posts a suspected bug that is theirs mistake, by design, or just incorrect, we can always take it off. As the Wish List helps the community, I think a Suspected Bug List would help the community too.
What I have told the UT is that such a list would not benefit the UT, nor would it benefit anyone that is a member of the UT since it would only contain a few things 'some' people report with no validation of its accuracy.
