Are you upsizing to Oracle Database? I have never been able to get the data to upsize into Oracle, yet the upsize wizard works fine to SQL Server. For Oracle database, it creates the database, indexes, and persistent relations just fine but does not add the data. What I normally do is upsize the database or just generate the SQL script to create the Oracle database and create a DBC with a remote view for each table, then and append the records to the views from the VFP database. This is a little slow and a real PITA but has been the only way to upsize to Oracle for me.
