Thank you for your reply. I understand the use of the View Menu icon and have looked at the GETPICT() help without success. As I said previously, it doesn't make sense that MS would provide a function such as GETPICT() that distorts an image in the preview mode.

Hopefully, there may be someone else outthere who has an answer.

>In Win2000 and later just click the View Menu icon and then Thumbnails. There is no other way for a preview of your pics. For more information read the help of the GETPICT() command.
