This was mention by someone at a user's group meeting I attended recently. I have not worked with the command line tools and am fairly new to .NET, but I thought I would pass it along. He said that after upgrading the framework to v 1.1, he was surprised to find out that the command line tools affected v 1.0, not 1.1. Has anyone else run into this?
