Clipper isn't too bad even now.
You can't beleive, but 3 weeks ago I still worked on enhancement of a very old Clipper application.
As a development environment I use Multiedit (
www.multiedit.com). It allows orghinize prg files into some kind of a project. It also has several other nice features.
If you took an old project, then you may have Dos batch files already setup to compile and link the project.

I have somewhere list of Clipper functions, etc.
