I'm sorry Alexey, I meant when I distribute my app, which one(s) should I ship with it and can it just be copied in or does it have to be installed?
This one particular customer tried it on both fairly new Win2k and NT SP6 machines and got this error so I'm assuming I'm going to have to ship it with my app to be on the safe side.
