I did it here (VFP 8) and nothing wrong occured...
I create a new project (using the wizard) ... I store the project in C:\MYTEST\OTHERFOLDER\VERSION1
So, all is working...
The, I move this project to C:\MYTEST\VERSION1
And I opened it again... and it keep working...!

When I create my project, I just add one table and generate the form and the report... just it...

I don't know what is happen in your project... I noticed that this wizard use a lot of VFP's foundation class... Maybe, the problem is here...
