thank you for reply.
I have looked for a lot of javascript and ActiveX resources but havent
found any such grid sample.
Can you point me to some samples ?

I'd prefer to stay away from a XSL.
Basically, I want to show the grid similar to a VFP grid in browser.
It may be read only, I know that hope for a r/w grid in unreasonable in IE.
