The unfortunate thing about the msxml3sp2setup is that it requires MSI to be installed; I wouldn't mind using a MS setup program in my installer to install xml3; but I can't also include MSI for each platform in my installer, nor can I require it....

I am installing all the files in the cab; and registering what I can.

Any other ideas?
