It would be extremely helpful to know what error do you get.
In addition to your VFP exe, you've to distribute VFP runtime files also. You can use Installshield Express that comes with VFP7 to create an install. See http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~VFPRuntimeFiles for more info.
