Sound to me like printer driver related problem. Maybe you can upgrade/change printer driver?

>This is very strange. I had Word collate a document and it worked. I went back to my app and tested again and it worked. I rebooted to see if word left a setting behind and it still worked. I hate it when that happens. I still don't understand why :(.
