You can use the same database and the same table in you program for diferent companie you can use variable

For example you make a form for the companie information in the this table for example usa a file company_code as primary key

And use as a filter or use a select where

set filter to inlist(allt(company_code),"US","PR","MX","CO")

I use this field in all my table and you can filter the data
