Mine installed to C:\Program Files\MSDN\2003APR\1033. It also created a desktop shortcut with a target of "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Help\dexplore.exe" /helpcol ms-help://MS.MSDNQTR.2003APR.1033 if you can decipher that :-)
