2032 x 2032 (in 0.1 mm) in Page Setup in Report Designer, and in EXPR file, PAPERSIZE=256 PAPERLENGTH = 2032 PAPERWIDTH = 2032

p.s. i try to set the default printer to some other printers in the WindowXP (eg. Lexmark z55, EPSON LQ580 and HP LaserJet 5P with same custom page size setting), instead of the EPSON LQ1170, Lexmark works fine but LQ580 and HP get same problem, sounds strange
