This is very easy -- just change your file extension to .aspx.
Keep in mind, though, that any features on your page that depend on the FrontPage Server Extensions (FPSE) won't work on an ASP.NET page -- IIS simply won't process them.
Also, any server-side scripting you may have needs to be translated to .NET syntax.
Other than those, it's a breeze.
