FrontPage is not the best environment to work with this stuff. I suggest you go get WebMatrix or one of the other free ASP.Net tools available. These tools will make it a lot more obvious where and how to create code, although you'll still have a bunch to figure out from there...
Building ASP.Net pages is not a trivial task beyond very basic things...
