You should do your own classes for parsing address.

There a lot of websites which give alowed for using in email symbols.
But the mainly is you to divide address in two parts and automaticaly delete all addreses from some website.

In most of the case spam is send as cc: or bcc: if you find that some mail has more than 10 recipients this could be also spam
