Here's definiion of the Page Setup menu item I copied from menu created with Quick menu.

DEFINE BAR _mfi_pgset OF _mfile PROMPT "Page Set\<up..." ;
	PICTRES _mfi_pgset ;
	MESSAGE "Changes the page layout and printer settings"

It'l add Page Setup to the system File menu ('OF _mfile'). You can change 'OF _mfile' to the name of the Report menu pad and see if it works.
