I have written a couple of web service that were working correctly on my local web server (IIS5 on a SBS machine )

After a systems guy reinstalled IIS5 they have stopped working with the following error message:

“WSDLReaderLoading of the WSDL file failed HResult = 0x80070057 – WSDLReader:XML Parser failed at linenumber 0, lineposition 0, reason is: The download of specified resource has failed. HRESULT=0x1..”

I am using a ISAPI listener and have re-configured it for the web sit .

I have try re-install the soap tool kit.

If I try to create a new web service on this machine ( I use this machine for development) . I get a the following message:-

“ERROR generating intellisense script. Check for valid WSDL. URL location or invalid WSDL content. The WSDL file may also been in use. Try regenerating the web serve file again”

URL is defiantly ok and WSDL was generated correctly.

I have reading other posting that have reported similar errors but could get to the bottom of it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
