Did you type in the address or did you use the ... button? Try browsing to the two directories using the ... button to the right of directory 1 and directory 2 and let me know what happens. I use it regularly with no problems. Also, make sure there is a \ at the end of the directory path or add it to the go button's code to put it there if it doesn't exist in the fields.
