I didn't 'design' the facility, Tracy, but it does have a dropdown selection listing all the versions of VFP for the reporter to record their version.
I guess others who find same on other versions will need to record that in a "comment" on the specific report.
It looks much like the Wish List from its summary page but does have "sections" appropriate for bug reporting within the entry page.
