Yes :) It's installed with every VFP installation (unless didn't choose to install samples).
Check your samples directory (VFP3-5 home()+'samples',VFP6 and up _samples, VFP7 and up home(2) points to that directory).

Tip: In design mode, select Hflexgrid, go to command window and from a temp code window write and execute :

* oRS preparing code
aselobj(arrObj)
arrObj[1].Datasource = oRS

Then dismiss your temp code window (or keep to copy code later) go to design form, right click on Hflex and 'retrieve structure' then 'Properties'. You can set some of properties this way rather than coding by hand.
(But at the end I prefer to handcode)
