It is a VFP error with the Microsoft Visual FoxPro heading.

The application is build with VFP version 6 with SP3.
The application is running within a WIN2000 network, but users encountered the error when forms with tremendous controls in it are launch. Thus, those forms which are critical to the application fail to be use.
