I read all the messages you had with Vic and there is something that I find strange!

You talked about ADO in all messages while the ADO recordset object doesn't have the Edit method!

To what I am reading, you are using DAO.

>This occurs on all recordsets that I have declared, such as rsphone.Edit or rsphone.Update etc. It does it in all of my forms that have recordsets. Is there somthing that I need to install or patch or register? When I type rsphone and then the period isn't the dropdown list (of constants?) supposed to show Edit, Update etc?
