Get a response from client. "The logo opens with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer."

On my development machine (XP Pro) bmp and jpg files open with Windows Photo Editor. On my test machine (W98se) the bmp opens with Paint and the jpg opens with MS Photo Editor and the reports work (display the image file).
