Did you've VFP8beta installed on that PC by any chance? In any case try to uninstall VFP8 and install it again. If you had VFP8beta on that computer, read carefully Readme for additional instructions.
Anyway, I would recomend that you use 'Code Reference' tool from Tools menu instead of Filer because it has more features.
