Hi,

I have 2 tables.
Table A and Table B

Table A

ID
VAL1
VAl2



Table B
--------
ID
NEWVAL1
NEWVAL2



I have about 70000 rows in table A that I want to Insert into Table B.

I your opinion what is the best/fastest way to do this procedure?
