> I have started writing an Application to let me monitor activity on the UT website so I can contribute more to the community. I just don't have time to keep a browser open and see when new messages are posted. Therefore, I'm writing a windows application to place in my Taskbar to inform me when new messages are in the forum that I'm interested in.

Those options are PUTM only. So, this is why you can't access them. It is not planned to open it up. This is bound to the same logic as the online interace thus we can't allow something in the WS level to bypass things that are PUTM online.
