>FYI, if you've got VFP7 or later, it will create the include file for you. Open up the Excel object (or whatever COM object) in the object browser, and expand it so you see the 'Constants' node. Open a new program window. Drag and drop the 'Constants' node to the program window and it will create the #DEFINE statements for you.
