i would strongly recommend that you first learn the basics
of HTML (i assume you are already profienct at vb and/or
foxpro).

a good site to start with html basic is the
HTML Writers Guild

then try your hand at writing a program to produce
static html from a database, THEN get a parser
and learn the frontend details. tomorrow,(lol) you
should have it all together.
