I can't find this option - probably you have either a newer version of ZoneAlarm, or the paid version.
I saw a similar option in WinProxy - there, you can specify which folders should be excluded, for instance, "/ad/" and "/banner/". Presummably, the Universal Thread features you are missing are one of those reserved folder names - see whether you can erase that particular folder, instead of allowing
all banners.
