I've been using Fox since early 2.0 days, some three+ years now.
I had a slight learning curve learning the tools to build reports
and screens, but it was great. No more hard-coding stuff. I
purchased a couple of third party books which made the transition
seamless. I recommend U purchase either third party books or
a new CD which called "Mastering VFP". I did both. U must
use VFP in order to learn the concepts. Do the homework. The
CD offered a real insight into OOP and real code examples. Once
U learn the OOP concepts with VFP U can apply them to other
s/w like Access and VB. So I have found...
