Hi Rex,

WinXP comes with WSH 5.6 included into system. I doubt that "missing" WSH is the reason for the error. It's hard to guess what could be a problem w/o knowing what line of code generates an error.
You cannot install or update WSH by just copying one file. You've to download installation package from http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/downloads/list/webdev.asp.
